PREGNANCY (MUMS-TO-BE) FOOD & NUTRITION WORKSHOP
Designed for mums-to-be and their partners (if yours fancies coming along) at any stage of pregnancy.
This 2-hour workshop covers:
What is a healthy diet during pregnancy
Food groups and important nutrients
Foods to avoid and limit
Managing morning sickness and heartburn (Having suffered from both these throughout pregnancy Sarah can really understand this)
HOW IT WORKS
Pick the workshop/s that you are interested in, get a group of friends together and enjoy the benefits of having your own private dietitian in the comfort of your own home. Teeny Weaning will provide an informal, relaxed and fun workshop, while answering your questions and providing you with materials to take away, as well as access to email support for the 6 months following the course. Teeny Weaning will also provide a homemade healthy snack.
We will also run sessions on an ad hoc basis, so if you don’t have a group of friends who are interested in the same topic as you contact Sarah and we will endeavour to arrange a date and venue to run sessions with others in your area. This could be a great way to make new friends who are in the same boat!
At present due to covid-19 all workshops are run over video conference, which works really well - you don't have to leave home and you can attend in your PJs with a cuppa if you wish! You will receive a digital pack prior to your workshop and still have access to the same email follow-up mentioned above.
COSTS AND TERMS
Workshops: All 2 hour workshops are £35 per person (minimum of 4 people). You are welcome to bring your partner and the price for couples is £50.
Video conference workshops are also 2 hours but at £30 per person or £40 for couples.
Cancellations within 3 weeks of the course starting will be refunded 50%, otherwise fees are non-refundable, sorry.
